Growing tips: sow directly into warm soil once risk of frosts has passed or into modular trays indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost as they dislike root disturbance. Pinch out tips when 30cm tall to encourage bushy growth.
Harvesting/Arranging tips: ensure neck is firm or ‘ripe’ before picking, centres should still be tight and clean looking.
